Privacy

We do not sell your email address or personal details to anyone. As a
member of WaiverWatch, we take great pains to protect your anonymity,
but because of limitations in technology and the law we cannot guarantee

Terms of Use - Overview

We are primarily a message board, and as such, we do not guarantee any
information provided on the site and we disclaim any liabilities for any
information we carry. You are solely responsible for all information you
upload to the site. By contributing information, you are allowing us to
host that information at our WaiverWatch domain(s) for as long as we
wish. We also reserve the right to edit or remove any information you
upload, and edit or remove your user account with no prior notice for
any reason whatsoever.

Disclaimer for Message Boards: Our message boards are not affiliated
with or endorsed by the State of Indiana and its agencies, or by any of
the companies or individuals they may describe or mention. The opinions
expressed on our boards reflect only the opinions of the participants.
We cannot effectively monitor all material posted on our message boards,
and therefore make no representation or warranty with respect thereto.
Participants of message boards may or may not actually be parents or
Medicaid Waiver participants or case managers, or whomever they
represent themselves to be, and the information they provide may or may
not be true.

Our message boards are intended to help families obtain information and
to discuss current issues related to the Medicaid Waiver program in
general and their cases specifically. This information is provided by
other contributors, many of whom use anonymous screen names and are
people we've never met.

We recognize and anticipate that people may post messages on our message

wrong. They may do this unintentionally and even intentionally. Please

All users of WaiverWatch agree to follow the Terms of Use. If you do not
agree to abide by the Terms of Use, do not use WaiverWatch. Users
represent that they have read, understand, and agree to all legal
disclaimers. Users agree that they will not post any material that is
defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise unlawful. If you post
material, you represent and warrant that the material you post is not
defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise unlawful and that you have
rights to post any material you supply. WaiverWatch may, in appropriate
circumstances and in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of
users that infringe or otherwise violate such rights of others.
WaiverWatch reserves the right to remove any postings for any or no
reason. Users may not post third-party links which use the name
WaiverWatch or otherwise could cause confusion, wrongfully imply an
endorsement of goods and services, or contain defamatory, obscene or
illegal material.

Users of WaiverWatch shall not deploy data-mining, web-mirroring or
web-copying of any kind against the site. Any such effort will be
construed as an attempt to duplicate copyright data, and/or to
destabilize the operation of the website. WaiverWatch employs active log
checking in order to identify users who ignore this condition of use,
and will investigate fully any suspected cases.

WaiverWatch users authorize WaiverWatch to use, reproduce, transmit,
store and display any user-supplied content (including message board
postings and replies) for any purpose in any and all media.

WaiverWatch respects user privacy, in accordance with our Privacy
Policy. WaiverWatch may disclose individual account or user information
in cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information
is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone
who may be violating WaiverWatch Terms of Use or may be causing injury
to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally)
WaiverWatch's rights or property, other WaiverWatch users, or anyone
else that could be harmed by such activities. WaiverWatch may disclose
or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law
requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem
necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.

WaiverWatch is aware of the privacy concerns of its visitors. We wish to
detail our policy for collecting and using personal information, below.

WaiverWatch's Policy

WaiverWatch's policy on our wholly controlled and operated Internet
site(s) is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. WaiverWatch
does not disclose rent or sell your email address or any other
information we may receive to any third party, unless you specifically
request it.

In registration, WaiverWatch requires a valid email address. All other
details are optional.

At any time, you may remove your records from our user database, and
receive confirmation by email that the data has been erased from our
production systems.

Please note that contributions you make to the site (postings, reviews,
news, and other writings), under our terms of use policy, are ours to
use (delete, republish, modify) as we like. In case where these
contributions are provided to third parties, aggregated or published,
information sufficient to identify the original author will be removed,
OR your permission to keep the identification with the material will be
sought via an email to your registered user address.  In the case that
your email address is not answered, or no longer valid, we consider any
notification obligation we have relating to use of the material is
discharged.

WaiverWatch and Cookies

Upon your first login to WaiverWatch, We send a "cookie" to your
computer. A cookie is a file that identifies you as a unique user. It
can also store personal preferences and user data. A cookie tells us
that you previously logged in successfully and therefore gains you
access to the site. Once our site knows who is visiting, it will present
information to you in your choice of custom form.

WaiverWatch uses a cookie to identify you with your registration
details, and to track user trends and patterns.

However, note that some parts of WaiverWatch may not function properly
