For all Waiver Watchers, it's time to keep the heat on Mitch Roob& FSSA as well as John Dickerson of the ARC. If you are angry over the 11/1/05 Annual Plan project which cut rates and therefore services to our most vulnerable citizens and the Case Management consolidation which takes away choice and puts 170+ companies out of business, the contact the main players who can make a change:

1. Call directly to the Governor's Office @ 317/232-4567 and ask for Scott or Suzie. Scott will try to convince you that what FSSA is doing is good.....but put him in his place. He is to inform directly to Governor Daniels you opinion per FSSA's actions.

2. Email Leslie Campbell, Regional Supervisor for CMS (the Federal agecny over Indiana's waiver program). She is a lovely woman and appreicates anyone's input. Leslie's email address is: leslie.campbell@cms.hhs.gov

3. Contact Bob Segall, investigative reporter at WRTV news. He broke the story about Mitch Roob giving a $180,000/year contract to Dick Rhoad, CFO for FSSA. Mr. Segall's email address is: bsegall@wthr.com

4. Contact Dan Parker, Chair of the Democratic party in Indiana. Unfortunately, I do not have his contact information as yet.

Keep the heat on!
