Your service coordinator is with BDDS. Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services. You local phone book should list them under human services or disability services. These are district offices and may not be in your town, but is within a few counties of you. You can also contact the local district AAA (Area Agency of Aging) and they can guide you. If you have a Case manger he or she will know also.
